Also Fleury's cap hit goes away when we need to pay Johnny and Chucky so thats a subtle plus

To me Fleury is still a top notch goalie so no more retention the added 2nd to have a goalie for 6M is already nice

Maybe to you but multiple articles posted today say that real GMs are not interested in bailing out Vegas and the ask is 50% retention + a significant pick sweetener to take him on!
