There is a vast discrepancy in talent and potential in that list. It doesnt look very promising that Hanifin will be a bona fide number 1 D but it would be foolish to count it out completely.
Sergachev is well on his way, if not aleady. He would have to have some sort of decline or injury to change that at this point.
Fabbro is the only glimmer of youth on the NSH back end, and I think something catastrophic would have to force their hand to make a trade like that.
The other guys are already #1 D and probably wont sniff another locker room until they are well into their 30s, if ever. We wouldnt be willing to give up the kind of assets it would take to acquire them.
