I TOR was going to make that NJ trade it would have happened already.
A. NJ isn't ever going to send a pick. B. TOR is going to have to add a sweetener to move any cap out.
This is why there are so many buyouts and no offer sheets.
There are like 15 better forwards to choose from right now. No one needs that contract.
