I think you're really over paying graves. He's had one good season with an alright playoffs, he's got to prove he can continue it before you lock him up long term like that. You should probily also switch hall and petro money but in the end its the same amount cap hit.
Zads can return higher picks and with the money saved from graves contract you can keep calvert and fill the roster out with him and oconnor up front.
It would be wild if we could land both of them. I would explore moving donny and keep burky to have a unreal top 6 as well.

That's really poor asset management. Z can get you at least a 2nd or a decent bottom-six forward.

While Z should get more, I wouldn't call Carps not a decent 4th liner. Defensively, physicality and on the PK he is great and a valuable 4th liner as such, but at the same time not worth giving up Z for.
