Rangers don't do this either. Not only is Buchnevich worth more than Toews and Ho-Sang (he was on pace for 55 points last year), you also want us to retain salary? Hard Pass

Actually I don't think it's such a bad deal. Toews is quietly a very solid LHD and one our defensive core is in need of. Buchnevich is valuable but we don't entirely have a need for him. He could be the odd man out in the long-term picture.

I'd probably drop Ho-Sang since his value is as negligible as you can get. As a Rangers fan I think Toews + a 1st for Buch is rather fair but I could see it also being Toews + a 2nd.
