Hey CapFriendly!

General Fanager is gone, so it's time to step up and make a new expansion team creator/tool where we can forecast/predict who gets protected and who gets exposed

Honestly this site was better anyway. Runs smoother, has a armchair GM mode. etc. I don't know why so many hockey people used generalfanager and proclaimed it like the defatco number one "capgeek" replacement. With that said, that expansion tool was a brilliant idea that should absolutely be copied. If its going to take too long to develop than it is not worth it, since the expansion draft will be in June 2017 and the time it takes to set up and create these modules isn't quick. Especially since, I'm taking a stab in the dark here, I don't think there are that many Capfriendly staff developers? Could be wrong. The expansion tool will stop being used after the expansion draft unless another team is added. Since that seems not to be the case for the foreseeable future, it looks like a waste of time and resource.

Long story short, if its feasible within the next 5 months, then yeah go for it. If not, put your effort and resources in improving other areas such as the AGM and whatnot.
