He's still really good - just because a team has two other goalies doesn't mean the third becomes trash. I can pull out a poor performance for every single goalie in the league, that proves nothing.

One thing for Caps fans to hate... the Penguins have Lundqvist's number. So much so that the protected him from the Penguins this past season. Just saying...

Taking guesses how much the Rangers front office been cursing life lately?
I like king Henrik, but businesswise NY really got fooked on this one.

He could have finished his career as an ranger, last year of contract would have been now on LTIR.
Instead they buy him out. End up getting caphit of 5.5M this year and 1.5M next year. AND had to look at him wearing a Capitals jersey.

All the best and quick recovery to Henrik!
