Bogosian at 1mil is a good deal, adds a little sandpaper, although even at that low price- their cap situation still sucks.

Not great in Buffalo, but quite good in Tampa during the bubble. We'll see which one's the real Bogosian after a full season.

Tampa can shelter a defenseman better than anybody. Like I wish Shattenkirk all the best but I would not be surprised if Anaheim is very disappointed in what they get from him. So Bogosian can look serviceable when paired with, say, Hedman. The Leafs don't have a Hedman, but they're probably better than the Sabres at defense. We'll see.

obviously im only a habs fan but Dermott is one of the best shutdown dman in the NHL if I were a leafs fan I would be pissed tf off if they keep Bogo an Lehtonen and not Dermott.

When you're playing with Hedman, McDonagh, or Sergachev you are going to look way better so you do have a point.

Shouldn't be a problem if the third pairing is highest he ends up on the depth chart. In case of injures I'd rather them play Dermott or Lijegren ahead of him.
