Tyler Toffoli was offered much more in Vancouver and it isn't a Tyson Barrie situation where Tyler wants a better opportunity than playing on Petey's line and TOP PP with Petey, Miller, Hughes, Horvat. Smith signed low because hes older and had a measly 18 goals. There was a discussion about this earlier in the week I predicted that he'd go low!
