This posts serves to ask the question Why? Why would we move Saad now, for a pittance compared to what his value should be, rather than wait for a better deal closer to next season. If we had resigned Crawford, I might assume a FA signing was on the way, but as that is not the case, here we are.

That's kinda of a steal for us. Zadorov is a good top 4 LHD. Saad had more value but too late...

Dunn>Scandella. By a mile. If you want Scandella by all means have him, but Dunn is way more valuable to the team at this point than an overpaid middle 6 forward on our team.

Saad had a modified NTC didn't he? Maybe this was really the best they could get from whatever teams he approved a trade to.
