Low risk in terms of money and potentially medium rewards. The fact that he did not burned the Finnish league last year lowered expectations for him.

I still think he can be a solid offensive third pair guy. I just don’t think it will be in a Stars sweater. I don’t think he ever gained Bowness’ trust which is why he couldn’t stay in the lineup. They could absolutely kiss and make up, but Psysk brings a lot of the same to the table without the baggage. I’d be thrilled to see them give him another chance and hopefully he’s grown up some since he left. But I’d be even more thrilled to see them use him to move Cogs out. He’s a stronger transition player than Psysk, but he needs to work on positioning and coverage in the dzone
