Boqvist is nowhere near Kravtsov's level.

Now, now...Just about everything you say on here is really solid, but to say Boqvist is "nowhere near" Kravstov might be pushing it. Both dudes are studs.

I still don't understand the Faulk and Scandella moves...

    Krug-Pietrangelo
    Dunn-Parayko
    Perunovich-Bortuzzo
    Mikkola

    Neither do we.

Scandella was a Bouwmeester replacement. Faulk was brought in as insurance in case we can't keep Petro.

Boqvist looked like a B6 player when he played. Kravtsov hasn't made an NHL impact yet but the projection seems a lot better. I don't see Boqvist making that big of an impact compared to Vitali.

    Insurance that costed the vehicle?

You may be correct, but when Robert Thomas first began playing he wasn't too impressive either. Now, he's getting ready to explode. I see Boqvist as a 20-30 goal scorer. Maybe I'm wrong???

I definitely can't see it. He doesn't impress me. I see third line potential in him. 10-15 goals more like.

    Yep

Alright cool. As promising as Nils looks I'd be willing to negotiate assuming we sign DeAngelo long term. His role in New York is cloudier than Kravtsov's. I know many other NYR GMs wouldn't want to sacrifice him but you can't acquire premiere trade value without trading away the same.

That being said, I don't see Dunn going anywhere now that Pietrangelo is out of St. Louis.
