Solid, deals close to what I would have liked before the offseason but maybe a little cheap.
I think we then take on a cap dump 2C like Derek Stepan. Act as a middleman in a trade or two for say Fleury or a similar player on an expiring deal, where we retain 50% and flip the player. We could maybe send a guy like Glendening off at 50% retained for a pick

A little off topic but 1 thing i'm puzzled by is why keep Erne over Ehn?

Evgeny Svechnikov is out of waiver options so he has to be on the team or traded, Doubt Brome makes it he'll stay overseas. 3 year deal takes Bertuzzi to free agency not happening. Team is only slightly better then last years team.

Because they didn't qualify him?

If I had to wildly speculate, more likely to be willing to stay within the organisation longterm. Ehn will probably end up carving out a good career in the SHL, Erne could, but if they manage to keep him between AHL and NHL over the years, and give him a reasonable guaranteed salary he would be good for the organisation as a whole.
