nice that you don't think ahead. how do you want to afford Tkachuk next season. Pietrangelo to the Leafs makes zero sense

Wallmark not being QO screams off ice issues. Giving his a QO was a no brainer, since the QO was $700K.

That could be... but there is always a decent amount of managerial incompetence in this league so it could be that as well haha. I think he's been a pretty good bottom sixer and he's good on the dot so someone might as well give him a shot.

Understand this isn't serious, but curious. Do you really think Kerfoot is worth a 2nd round pick in this flat cap environment?

Improved to a 1.22 points per game in the AHL, in 45 games, and improved in Carolina from 4th line production to 3rd line production, and is defensively responsible. Compared to Backlund, and to Backstrom upper end. The only real negative I've read is his skating, lacks a little speed and acceleration. I wonder if he's faster than Mark Stone?
