    Bogosian and dermott are both worse than holl and simmonds on the 2nfld line? Yikes

    Dermott was coming off an injury last season and he’s younger, bogosian can play on the bottom pair, this was holl’s best year... was it a fluke? Simmonds on the second line because I believe he can chase pucks for tavares/Marner and make it harder to play against kind of like Hyman.

    I agree I'd keep Dermott over Holl.

    Dermott hasnt shown he can take a step forward and relying on it is a bad idea, Bogosian is not a bottom pairing guy, he's a 7th defender who can play the bottom pairing if you have injuries. If you think Holl's year might be a fluke, well you should really look at Bogosian's seasion, or Dermott's season from 2 years ago.
    Wayne Simmonds would struggle on a 3rd line, even if he's fully healthy he would be a nightmare to have on the 2nd line. He just cant keep up anymore. he is not that guy anymore.
