Definitely just a "hey what if?" here but hey why not

The retension $ evaporates just when Chicago start to contend again and Ottawa are desperate & dumb

Arizona explicitly stated two things early in the offseason: they want to pay as little $ as possible this year while keeping their young core (or building it)

Ottawa says no to both trades and i doubt Hoffman will go back. I can see the Haula signing happening though.
