I think the add of Weegar would be huge on that second pairing for a shutdown pair. I think it’s a realistic team to achieve

how is holl worth a 3rd rd pick from van and than weegar only worth a 4th and a 5th if im van id rather go after weegar a. because he's better and b. because he would cost less according to you

The Leafs are trading for the RFA rights of Weegar. Holl is on a cheaper contract and signed for 3 years. Sorry the exact value isn’t spot on Mr.GM lol
