Description

I think trading Seigs for an RFA under contract helps with cost certainty. Also could do this trade with Isles for Dal Colle etc...We could then call up Fehry for 3rd pair LHD to take his place as Fehry is cheaper and cost certain OR is a move like this unnecessary?
