Coleman 'made Gourde serviceable' when Gourde carried the line? In terms of driving possession almost entirely, creating most chances, using his speed and awareness to create space, playmaking etc. He was one of the most dynamic TB forwards on most nights

Yanni Gourde sucks .. he did have good playoffs .. due to Colemen. Gourde lacks basic hockey talent and skill .. except hustle.. his ceiling is 3rd line and played 4th line most of last 2 years .. his 5 year $26M NTC contract for a $1M year grinder is one of worst in NHL

You're delusional as usual on here lol. Gourde is going nowhere and drove the 3rd line. Coleman does jack without him there. I know it must drive you insane to realize how wrong you are about Gourde, but Tampa doesn't win without the play of the 3rd line, and that's right, Gourde was the playmaker on it. His contract is fine for what he has done and will likely continue to do, which is shift between the 2nd and 3rd lines as needed.
