I can't imagine the Kings are excited to give you a prospect for two average players who don't fit up with their timeline. Deal makes the Leafs worse in the short-term. Don't see it working for either team.

I would say no. The Kings are rebuilding and have no need of Kerfoot or Dermott when they could lose one of them to the expansion draft next year.
