Before FA, NSH would've likely accepted that deal. But after adding Borowiecki + Benning, they pass.

Tampa likely passes as well, they will likely do what they can to keep Cernak.

I know Cernak is different because he is an RFA, but TB will have to move someone, and the value is going to be a lot lower than initially expected as every team knows they have no leverage.

Dermott and Engvall are going to cost the same as Cernak so they're only really saving 700k ish. Plus Tampa is kinda set for bottom 6 forwards so there is really not add here. Liligren for Cernak is much more likely

I would do Liljegren for Cernak.

It would be a worst case scenario for Tampa tho. Cernak is the most affordable of the three. He only get traded if it's really dire.
