I kinda just picked a random team lol,but i'm interested in why not Nashville?

They don't need to spend $4m+ on a player that would be sitting on the bench just to move from the 6th to the 5th round of the draft.

NSH already shored up their D by adding Borowiecki + Benning so they don't have room on D anymore, and they don't have space for him at forward either. No space on defense and no space on the 4th line for Smith. Just not a fit.

And there is not enough incentive for any team to do that trade anyway. It would need to be a much better pick for a team to take on a $4m+ scratch during the flat cap.
