What a great signing. A NHL caliber goalie who will obviously start the season in the AHL with the Marlies but someone you can play if injury or bad performance from either of the two goalies already signed. It's cheap and a 1 year deal that doesn't handcuff you. Great signing.

Lol, but you forgot one thing.. value of the Canadian currency vs American as well as the fact that Canadians healthcare system and taxes are a F-in mess! I’ll enjoy my .50c more expensive authentic Mexican food while you can wait in line at the emergency room for 12 hours. HA

might take a little longer in the er but we're not going bankrupt because of it.

thought we were talking about affordability so idk what wait times have to do with that

Could be worse. If an emergency comes you don't have to sell your house or worse to see a doctor in Canada. At least if your sick you get seen! Try living on peanuts and having to pay a yearly premium just to have basic health insurance....
