That trade doesnt get you cirelli

that contract doesnt get you cirelli

and why are you making plays for centers when you have 2 centers who should both be playing 20 minutes a night?

Kings decline, swap Liljegren with Holl if you want to get the conversation started.

Thats an overpay for cirelli my friend. Hes an average 2C, not a 1C. Sandin has Wayyyy more potential than cirelli.

That NSH trade doesn't make sense for either team.

Valuable #2 c on a Stanley Cup winner vs defenseman who can barely crack a below average d.

Yea that Nashville trade is odd. The Preds trade BOTH their goalies for one with an expiring contract?

Cirelli does have more upside to Sandin but the deal doesn’t make sense. He’d never sign that low and we would not have the minutes for him as a 3C. He’s a legit 2C.

Sandin is a very good prospect. I still think the leafs are better off keeping a blue chip prospect at a position they need, versus trading him for a position they don’t.

Team need plays a part here, that’s why toronto declines, they can’t afford to trade their future away.

Oh he is a good prospect that they should keep but he's no where near the value of a 23 year old Selke contender
