Description

Carolina get 2 cost controlled scorers and move out Gardiner who hasn't performed well and is owed 12M the next 3 years.
Considering that Schmidt went for a 3rd, I can't see Gardiner having much value.

Eriksson sucks but the actual dollars is only 5M and the cap should still be less than what they moved out.

Canucks get short term contracts that help contend now and reduce their cap the following year by 2M.
Dzingal isn't as good as Toffoli but could be a fot in the top 6.
Gardiner while disappointing in Carolina still is an upgrade to Van's D.

29M in space the following year.

Virtanen and Gaudette are scorers? Rather Carolina just deal gardiner with a pick to someone than take on the Eriksson contract along with two third liners

Wings pass you're not getting a pick back. Dumping Bartschi will cost you a 2nd, which is roughly what Juolevi is worth. And Wings would probably rather have the 2nd than Juolevi
