Description

Base on u/vanGn0me's post in r/Canucks.

This leaves us some breathing room, counting on Baertschi being fully healthy and ready to go. If Ferland is LTIR then we can move back up Eriksson without too much trouble, though we can always give Hoglander a shot if he is ready, or have an emergency signing with that kind of cap space.

This also allows us to move around that LD position, if OJ is struggling.

As a Detroit fan I have to agree if Pearson at 28 is playing well enough for Detroit to give up a 3rd for you are much better of keeping him. That 3rd takes 2 to 3 yrs before he is ready for the NHL if at all.
