He isn't coming here thats for sure. We have our top 6 wings set and don't have the cap space for Laine long term

The main piece coming back would have to be an impact top 4 dman, and Risto is not that.

Not necessarily that Ristolainen won't provide a positive impact, he would for the right team, but that team has to be one looking to upgrade the Power Play, because what he does best. Winnipeg had a decent PP last year, and they no longer need a righty, they need a top four lefty. Laine would have to command more than Ristolainen as a centerpeice, that I agree on
