I think its more not what Tampa needs, if this was a rebuild squad ditching a player like point I think that'd be a good deal.

Cozens is a top 5/10 league wide prospect, Quinn Was jus picked 8th. I mean if someone offered you two top ten guaranteed picks for point I can't see a team being exactly upset.

Point is a top two way c who is also a offensively top end. That's a franchise c. That's worth way more than two 5-10 picks.

Thats a good return for cirelli

He was part of that top 12 group, but I mean seider was considered a reach and look now.

Cozens and Quinn is a lot. Point is great, but he is under contract for 2 more years and then much bigger money. So in reality we are trading Cozens, Quinn and the ability to sign Taylor Hall or reinhart, or jokiharju or maybe even dahlin for Point.

With all due respect, it is a phenominal overpay for Cirelli.

      Kucherov > Point
      Stamkos > Point (when healthy)

I just don't see how Tampa's gonna drop almost 7M in cap otherwise while getting a decent return.

A Leafs and Senator fan? .. teams known for ability to evaluate players.. lol.. Kuch and Point are close but go with the speedy center.. he changes games on rushes sometimes.. Point and Mc David probably only ones that quick and talented in today's game..

      STAMKOS?.. lol

Who are you gonna move? You can't play over the cap.

No teams have cap space. I guess Detroit but I don't think they'd want to give Seider + Raymond.
