Lets get it DUNN

Description
OTT fans sorry for using you as a cap dump destination.

As for the Dunn trade I have no idea. I've seen DeBrusk-Dunn swap talked about on here, and a mock of Lauzon + 1st for Dunn. Idk how blues fans feel about Bjork. I do know from reading some mocks they're adamant on keeping Dunn. Cap seems like it might be a tight fit but I believe they have steen who can go on the LTIR making it a little easier to resign Dunn.

That offer doesn't get you close to Dunn, if only because 29 other teams would easily top it.

Bjork and a 2nd is light. But you’re not getting Studnicka and 1st +. The B’s have held him out of deals for better players.

Studnicka and a first is an overpayment and Blues dont have a ton of leverage. Besides, Studnicka is slated to fill Krecji's spot next year and the hope is he becomes their future 1C. While Bjork and a 2nd doesn't get it Dunn either (see what I did there), a first a Studnicka is too much. Besides, as a Blues player he has Thomas, Schenn and ROR ahead of him in depth. Doesn't make sense for the Blues.

Bruins best shot at Dunn? Either DeBrusk straight up or just a few picks.

I could agree with that, but Bjork and a 2nd is a non-starter for me

I was thinking of just using the offer sheet comp in a trade but I wasn’t sure if that was something blues fans were looking for or not. So I went with a pick and a NHL roster player who is a cap asset in a flat cap era. I wasn’t sure if that was enough value

Understandable. Unfortunately the Blues have several players like Bjork already so it doesn't make logistical sense.
