Leafs next season and taxi squad for flexible bubbles

Description
I think there is gonna be a taxi squad for NHL teams. Maybe 3 goalies, 8-10 Dmen and 15-17 forwards or something like that within flexible bubbles that work? Maybe? So if they allow teams to do that, you can pretty much run with 1 scratch and rest would be non-roster players (like what they did with bubbles for playoffs but they would change the city every month or smth like that). There would be a lot of back to backs so Leafs could potentially look like this in that? Thornton, Spezza, Simmonds, Robertson and Vesey are not gonna play all games that Im certain of so you got to have a deep lineup. Maybe NHL allows 3G-9D-16F configuration with 28 players total and 6-7 of them non roster in case of injuries? If so.. this is the roster for NHL and AHL..

Hyman - Matthews (A) - Nylander
Robertson - Tavares (C) - Marner
Mikheyev - Kerfoot - Simmonds
Vesey - Thornton - Spezza
Engvall - Boyd - Barabanov
Korshkov/Malgin

Rielly (A) - Brodie
Muzzin - Dermott
Lehtonen - Holl (I think pairs 3 (Lehtonen - Holl) and 4 (Sandin - Bogosian) switch during back to backs and depending on opponents)
Sandin - Bogosian
Depth D veteran (Alzner in this case, could be someone else)

Andersen
Campbell
Dell

And then have this on Marlies if AHL chooses to do whatever NHL would do..

Petan - Brooks - Anderson
Agostino (C) - Chartier - Malgin/Korshkov
Kossila - Der-Arguchintsev - Pooley
Gaudet - Conrad - Brazeau
Sabourin - Elynuik - McKenna
Clune (A*)

Rosen (A*) - Liljegren
Warsofsky - Marincin (A)
Kivihalme - Duszak
Rubins - Hollowell
Hoefenmeyer

veteran G signing (Andrew Hammond in this case, could be someone else)

The taxi squad which travels with the team might allow for a 21 man lineup as you suggest which favours the Leafs and other cap strapped teams.
Sad to think that some younger players especially won't be developing properly in a regular AHL seasons.

Seems about right Sammy. Still debating whether leafs might carry liljegren over Sandin though.

It certainly appears that dubas has created his roster with this situation in mind.

I think they let Liljegren dominate one more year in AHL while Sandin gets some game volume in NHL next season with veteran partner like Bogosian.

I kinda doubt Robertson is ready ( still dont understand the Playoffs "experiment" with him ) and they didnt bring Barabanov over to watch the Games.

I also believe Engvall will play his 40 Games so he will meet the Expansion Draft conditions to be exposed, same Holl ( unfortunatelly @Jamiepo forgot or "dodged" to answer my question , so im talking out of my ass here ) cause if you check, Kerfoot, Engvall, Malgin and Holl are the only ones to meet the demand out of the obvious Protected Players ( Dermott & Mikheyev RFA rights are puzzling me tho in case they will accept QO and pull out 1y with arbitration )

My lines would be :

Hyman - Tavares - Marner
Nylander - Matthews - Simmonds......... ( not that Simmonds is top RW but you need a grinder in that line and nothing more )
Kerfoot - Engvall - Mikheyev ...................( by wasting Simmonds on 2nd you got yourself a strong 3rd Line tho Engvall and Kerfoot doesnt make up together for competent 3C )
Barabanov - Thornton - Spezza

Rielly - Brodie
Muzzin - Dermott
Lehtonen - Bogosian .................................( and ofc Holl in the mix to fill his 70 Games )
