It was no worse than our normal lines... we ran into a hot goalie...

Depends... are we getting 2018-19 Jumbo, or 2019-20 Jumbo? We shall see....
My bet would be that he won't be 2C level at 41 years old

I mean the line was gross, it just got robbed by Korpisalo. But I'm not sold on Kerfoot/Thornton at 2C

Other Teams didnt have tin can as their Goalies either but those others made it all the way, so i take this as bad excuse....

True about 2C, even Nylander didnt look well. 3C will be hard to find, Kerfoot is there by force, we missed on Wallmark for 900k. Im assumig Engvall will play his 30 Games as 3C so he will meet the requirements to be exposed for Expansion Draft which would make more sense cause Kerfoot is LW by default.

Preach on minister, Thornton WOULD get disintegrated and completely forgotten about if you put him on the second line, the league has become too fast for an old and slow guy like him, he's a 4th liner at best or 13th forward today

That's why you can't blow a 3 goal lead like the Leafs did in game 3.

In a 1 game series anything can happen. Either way Toronto would have lost to Tampa.

Nobody has the depth Tampa had. Even Tampa won't anymore after this offseason.

Idk if it's called tanking when they have a history of trading away their 1st rounders, which would probably happen here if this happened 🤣🤣🤣

not an excuse, it happens, goalies get hot, I get it. But it doesn't take away from the fact that that line did looked very dangerous

Agree with everything you said, but I suspect if they make any more changes, Engvall could be out the door simply because they have guys making less that could take his job
