Most injuries/illnesses don't end up on LTIR and you dont have room for even 1/5th of one extra players salary.

Why? Would Johnson waive from a cup contending team like Tampa for Minnesota, Don't see him leaving Tampa for Minnesota he'll want a contender over a bubble team like Minnesota.
