I think he can. I don't see him being a top-10 among Cs in the league. Perhaps top-15, more likely in the top-20. Which to me is very, very good.

If you mean for this year I would say he’s close but not really an elite 1C yet. Needs to be sheltered with Danault for another year. Projecting 60 maybe 70 points tops.
For his career I would say it won’t be long before he’s considered elite. He thinks the game light speeds ahead has the hands shot and vision with defensive prowess to go with all that.
Projecting 80-100 points annually thru his prime Conne Smyth winner year 4
