Phillips is not a center. Ruzicka definitely needs more time in the AHL. Kylington? If you are going to move Ryan You have to bring in a legitimate 4C or play Gawdin there, don't really see the point of moving him without upgrading the top 9

I dont see Buffalo needing Ryan as they got Eichel, Staal, Eakins, and soon Cozens.

Yes. But its every team who wants to dump someone. We aren't first alphabetically.

Usually if a team just wants to get rid of someone and they don't care where, they player has zero to negative value.
