Andrew Ladd’s contract is really bad. I really like Wahlstrom, but this is an easy no. The signing bonus money is the main issue, but also the term. Better to offer this to a team just entering theIr rebuild, like Detroit.

The price it’d take to get rid of Ladd wouldn’t be worth it. Isles are better off waiting for him to hit LTIR now (he will sooner or later) and keeping him there.

We should be able to move Boychuk without touching any of Wahlstrom, Dobson or Sorokin. I recommend trying to trade Boychuk first.
