Your original post says "we dont need a 4th line center" implying theres another center in your org better than toews since you said Turris is your 3C...The money is a great reason not to do it but its not the first issue you brought up. It was just a bad take imo, Turris is great for you guys at 3C but come on would you rather have a 1C playing 3C or a 3C playing 3C?

Further more the 2 players would probably have almost the same amount of points if they played the same amount of TOI per game and 10 million difference

Why are you doubling down? Turris has career ATOI 16:58 Toews is at 19:52. So Toews has ~3 more minutes than turris and twice his points. Turris has never even been considered for an award, Toews has been on selke voting for almost his entire career on top of all his other accolades. Its not even close youre just wrong.

Yup and he played with Kane a lot. Also Toews is better than McDavid Defensively and face offs but I am still taking McDavid over him. For Money I will take Turris and Drai and you can take Toews. Great choice
