Keith for Ekman Larsson makes sense how? Same with Toews Monahan? Kane trade is the closest but still brutal.

Dustin Brown is not a negative value player. Brent Seabrook would cost multiple 1st round picks to offload. Why would the Kings even consider that?

CGY is already over the cap, adding Toews only makes things worse.

Kane would be sick, and the value is not bad, but that would screw up our cap situation majorly.

This is the reality if hawks go full rebuild.

Arizona declines the Keith deal.

My dude, Seabrook is in that same boat. I’m dumbfounded how you think he is an above replacement level player at this point in his career...

Brown is still a quality player. He's the best winger on the Kings right now and has only 2 years left on his deal. Sure, his cap hit is a bit high, but he's still good for 20g and 45p in a full season. He'd make a good 2nd line winger on any team in the league.

Seabrook is below replacement level and has 4 years remaining at nearly $7M cap hit. He's a 6/7 defenseman at best and the only reason why he hasn't been demoted to the AHL is due to his NMC.

If Chicago adds two 1st round picks to this deal, the Kings would probably still say no.
