understandable. But I don't think it's the worst one on here. Elite D prospect + Elite LW prospect + 3 1st rounders. But the retention might be the biggest issue

This would for sure be a repeat and likely a threpeat but I feel like you may need to give up more for the 2 big guns

    understandable

I like your brash unapologetic approach. No really, it’s refreshing to see from a leafs fan over the smug impertinence of most leafs fans

That much retention would cost you 3+ 2nd rounders. Then the rest of the trade might work

ya no especially with crazy unrealistic deals like this I could see how I could be totally off. I don't think it's the worst offer on here, but that doesn't mean it's much good

But calling Sandin and Robertson ‘elite’ is a bit of a stretch

Ya like I said the retention could be very problematic. This would be a dream lineup though

It would be a nice line up for the Leafs.

But we can't retain on Kane and Toews, already have two players retained.

I disagree with that. Sandin was awarded best defenceman in the world juniors this year, and Robertson scored 55 goals in 46 games in the O. I'd call both of those elite

High scoring in the OHL means almost nothing. Sharks have plenty of guys that had high scoring seasons in the O and no one considers them elite

"In the past 38 years, only three Canadian Junior players under 19 years old have been able to match Robertson’s mark of 1.20 goals/game: Eric Lindros (OHL, 1990-91), Mario Lemieux (QMJHL, 1983-84) and Joe Sakic (WHL, 1987-88).

Over the past twenty years, only two OHL players under 19 have posted a scoring rate above 1.00 goals/game: John Tavares (1.08 goals/game) and Patrick Kane (1.07 goals/game). All five of these player comparisons are current or future hall-of-famers."

Get these ‘facts’ out of here. This is fantasy and in my fantasy the Leafs are always a 1st round exit in disappointing fashion

It’s either Steel or Rakell if you’re gonna want the Ducks to retain and sen picks
