Description
Early 2000's started a run of iconic duos that drafted and been the corner stone pieces for teams over the last 15 + years. Who is the next to split?
2015-16 last season Datsyuk and Zetterberg
2016-17 last season - Thorton and Marleau ( * exception for thorton)
2018-19 last season - Getzlaf and Perry
who is next?

McDavid-Draisaitl and MacKinnon-Landeskog (you could also include Rantanen here as well) are combos where both players consistently put up 100+ points apiece! If that isn't Dynamic Duos neither are any of the rest.

I think you're missing the point of this. OP is asking which duo is the next to be broken up. Both of those two are going to be together for quite awhile.

From that list, I think it's either BOS or LAK --- I could see BOS moving on from Krejci when his contract expires and I could also see LAK trying to get rid of the Brown contract at some point. Both on PIT retire as Penguins -- same for WSH and CHI I think.

Yea, I think the next duo to match that will be MacKinnon and Rantenan or Landeskog depends on who u take. I also believe that McDavid and Drai could be here if they had a good team. I believe that for a duo or trio to actually be considered good they need success and that means a team.

Yes, or Brown could see him get traded retain 25/50% and trade him to a contender u could get some nice prospects or picks

If you look those other duos have been together each for over a decade. Obviously those guys will eventually be on this list, but it’s only been a few years.
