you don't need more than 1 one dimensional sniper. That also doesn't get you Laine, so just sign Hoffman

Columbus only needs 1 for torts to yell at all game.... also putting Columbus best forward on the 4th line is massive ouch.... get Bjorkstrand back into the top 6 where he belongs.

I'd rather have Granlund than Hoffman, because he at least tries on defense, and could rebound offensively with the right linemates. And yeah, that's nowhere near enough for Laine.

Ya’ll have no love for Savard. The shutdown D-man plus a first rd pick, throw in a pick swap in 2023 and a decent prospect who scored 20 points in his debut season, I don’t see anyone giving up more than that for Laine. But Bjorkstrand and his 65 career goals being a lock for a top six forward spot??? That’s insane. As armchair GM it’s my job to add talent to the team, it’s Torts job to create the lines, and no spot is guaranteed.
