There’s a zero percent chance Kyle Connor is traded. He’s posted 30+ goals in each of his 3 full seasons, and would have hit 40 this year.

It’s way too much when you add a 1st, 2x 2nds, and more for Toews. If he was the piece that got the jets over the top, and I love Toews, then I’d be all for it but he’s simply not.

32 year old toews, predict me his stat line for next 3 years and 20 million, I know it’s more about his intangibles, but that’s a ton to give up to a division rival for a shell of his former self.

Conner > Laine

This ACGM has Chicago retaining on five contracts at once. The actual limit is three. Try again, and see what a couple of these guys are worth without any retention.

It would be tough to swallow, but if there’s a crazy package offered without retention on toews, going to have to look at it with the growth of dach and the reasonable number that could be put on strome, possibly a bargain to go with the stacked wings.

Hawks decline the Kane offer. We would accept if we weren’t giving up all of those draft picks and retained 3M instead of 4M
