Description

Not likely to happen. But just a thought. If NJD is trying to rid themselves of Subban, they trade Eriksson and Sutter. NJD take on extra cap hit, but over the 2 years they only spend $8.5M over the course of this year and next while Vancouver takes $10M in salary. Next year, NJD saves $3M in cap. Vancouver also gives a 1st to divest itself of the contracts.

Unrealistic but just a thought if NJD wanted to get rid of Subban Get themselves a 1st and save actual money while having the available cap space to handle a move like this.

This is marvelous and great to see AGMs like this

NJ would (mistakenly) appreciate a player like Sutter with their current young skill roster. Vancouver could use a QB for PP2 and more quality back there. Sweet.

If BS was greatly appreciated by NJ only a 2nd also 👍

Unless NJD willing to retain salary (at least $3-4m)on Subban, otherwise we should say no. 9m cap hit on next year when we have to sign Demko, Petey and Hughes would be too much to handle
