          Maata & pulliout and maybe a little more get Trouba.

          Canes have no need for Maatta so they say no.
          And the Jets don't need Fluery

          Looks like a classic case of trading players you don't want, to teams that have no use for them.. you're aware that the Canes have too many young NHL Dmen and that the Jets have 3 NHL ready goalies right?
