If Brisebois deals both Killorn and Johnson then Cirelli is 100% staying he has other options, Deal Paquette deal Coburn or waive him he still has value.

I'm just being honest when I say this. GM are too nice.
1st day of FA I would have OS all 3 TB players if I was OTT. They would have never dropped enough cap to do anything about it.
Give up a 2nd and a 1st and take a solid defense and Cirelli

Agreed. Would be a perfect compliment to what they have now. If they can sign Haula, I think they should. But Tierny would be a perfect number 3C. They can make it work with the cap also.

Imagine if the Sens could talk Stamkos to coming to Ottawa...TBay just won the Cup with zero input from Stamkos, so he is no longer needed.

Zero chance that Stamkos would ever waive for Ottawa, No reason for him to waive there. He either goes to another contender or he stays put it's his call.

Have you looked at the talent the Sens have >? with Stamkos on their team they become playoff contenders this year and than 2-5 years when the young guns mature they'll be Cup contenders.

oh...before you mention the cheap owner, Stamkos gets paid $1 this year (Tbay pays for the signing bonus) and two seasons @ $6.5 and one season @ $7.5. That's a $5.35 real cash value per season for 4 years @ a cap hit of $8.5. This contract was made for the Sens.

Stamkos is an Ontario born boy, so you never know if he desires to play in Canada.

So there's been tons of teams that had great talent never to win a cup, It's pretty hard to win cups in today's NHL. Ottawa can have all of the talent in the world it doesn't always translate to winning cups.

I think Ottawa is overpaying TBL on that deal. Especially since you didn't even bother to sign Cirelli, haha. BUT seriously, Logan Brown and a 2nd should be enough.
