Why not just switch Pan/Kuz for CK/Zib ultimately?

This does not look like it helps the Caps win this year. On the ice it gives them Ryan Strome, and takes away Evgeny Kuznetsov. Seems like a pass.

It’s a downgrade, doesn’t open cap but adds to future.. I don’t think it’s enough. Too many meh players. Needs an A prospect.
