Bruins won't leave Kase unprotected. Same for NYR with Buchnevich and WPG-DeMelo.

That'd be a very good team. If I had to guess, Seattle will claim the top three Washington-state born players in NHL history, in TJ Oshie, Tyler Johnson, and Derek Ryan. The other active ones, Kaler Yamamoto and Dylan Gambrell, won't be available in the expansion draft. Rittich over Ryan seems likely if Ryan's available, but I think Eller willl be protected and Coleman could wait to sign a deal as a UFA until after the expansion draft to avoid moving again, so Oshie and Johnson seem likely.

Where will Seattle be selecting in the 2021 draft, has that been established yet?

I'm guessing there's going to be a lot of trading done with Seattle to take certain players and not take others with some picks or young players to incentivize Francis.
