The team (rightly, in my estimation) seems pretty intent on giving Bennett a full season at centre. I think Lindholm stays on the right side and Bennett stays in the middle. Some interesting PTOs though.

Agreed, just stands out as a RW that would look great on our 3&4 lines. Probably end up signing soon for around a million I think, maybe a little more.

I think his contract will more depend on the cap space of the team he signs with. My guess is he wants a cup. I suspect he could get 1.5-2 mil on a team with the space, but if he decides he wants to go to like Tampa, he'd be smart to just take the 700K, perhaps ask for some bonus options, just for the cup run.

On the other hand if he goes to a team like Colorado which has cap space this year before resigning Makar, maybe he asks for like 1.75
