Next year youth

Team: 2021-22 Pittsburgh Penguins
Team Explanation
Could be lots of opportunity for the young kids to come and try and make an impact at the NHL level next year. Poulin and POJ should definately push for a spot and hopefully will earn one. O'Connor and Maniscalco may not be ready yet, but they can easily be replaced by a couple of cheaper contracts. Legare, Gruden and Lee all have outside shots, but I don't see any of them being ready yet. All of a sudden, this team would only have three regulars over the age of thirty and they are Letang, Sid and Geno.

I think it will take a bit more than that for Seattle to take Matheson.

I think Pens would rather keep ZAR then sign Haula. Also Matheson id like to see in Pens. He is underrated imo

Did you really think a 4th rounder would be all it took for Seattle to take Matthesson's contract that still runs for another 5 years on top of being an awful player. Bless your heart

If Matheson plays protected minutes and plays to potential like Schultz did, the 4th round would be enough to get them to take him.
