Why not keep Tatar and Lehkonen ? Makes the team harder to play against.

Doesn’t make sense for Detroit to make that trade. Tatar is 5 years older than Bertuzzi

I think it's so hard to trade right now. Moving money is just difficult. While I think that Lehkonen is worth a solid pick, he might not be able to get that in a trade during this new climate.

That is a terrible offer for Bertuzzi, there is no way Detroit even considers this deal.

That's irrelevant. Detroit is rebuilding and trying to get younger. Why would they move a 25 year old top 6 forward for a 29 year old guy who would just leave to free agency after 1 year.

Detroit is rebuilding so why do we want to get older? If Montreal wants Lil Bert they’re going to have to give up someone that fits our core and not a rental winger.
