Lottery protect the 1st round pick and change the prospect from Vilardi to Turcotte and the Kings might consider it. As listed, the Kings decline.

I really like Vilardi as a player, but is he really a fit in Tampa given his lack of speed?

A 2C and likely Calder finalist in Vilardi AND a 2021 1st for Sergachev? Kings decline that in a heartbeat.

Turcotte is a top 10 prospect

Yeah lol the kings arent giving up a first. They are still deep in rebuild, that pick will be top 10 at the least

They won't. Offer sheets aren't happening. If they were we would've already seen some.

Turcotte's interesting but lottery protection isn't going to work. I'd be willing to shift it to TOP10 protection though.

Well to be fair with Stammer as his wing he likely could be a calder finalist.

In the Kings team - no. There's no firepower to carry the guy and I don't see him being good enough to carry his whole line as of yet.

I mean it's not like Sergy is a bad asset for them. He's young and most likely better than any of the prospects they'd draft TOP10. And as said, it's a TOP5 protected pick.

Nah man. There's only one year age difference between the two, yet Sergachev is already an established TOP4 D with elite ceiling while Vilardi's still but a rookie.

Tampa could do a lot better than that.

He got 7 points in his first 10 NHL games also scored the fastest 1st NHL goal ever scored all with Kempe and Frk as his linemates. Nice try though

Impressive first 10 games. Sadly means nothing though until the next year begins.

I'm no betting man, but I wager his statistics WOULD take a step up playing with Stammer over Kempe and Frk...

Turcotte would essentially be your lottery pick, as he's the #5 overall from last year. If you want Turcotte and a 1st, it would need to have full lottery protection. If you're willing to take a lesser prospect like Kupari or Thomas, then the Kings could relax the requirements to top 5 protection.

I'd rather take Turcotte and that lottery protected 1st. At least it's almost guaranteed they're getting a TOP6 asset there...I'm not that trusting in Kupari or Thomas, and the 2021 draft pool is comparably weaker.

NSH appears to be done adding players, but I could see them making room for Killorn if he comes cheap enough. This isn't cheap enough though, and the Preds don't have any room for Coburn.

Then I think the Kings would at least consider that.

Remember that habs prospect Ryan Poehling scored 3 in his first game, then disappeared.

Those 10 games mean nothing? When teams are harder to play against because they are fighting for the playoffs.

I guess you'll just have to see... i mean look at your computer because that's all you do when evaluating players lol.

Kings aren't trading for Sergachev and they certainly aren't giving up Vilardi.

Those 10 games don't mean much the next year.

And yeah I'm not denying that computer is the main tool for searching hockey data.
